Comfortly – Refund & Return Policy
At Comfortly, your happiness comes first! We pack and ship every order with love, so it reaches you safely. But if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.
A. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products
If you get a damaged item, a wrong product, or something is missing, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
Email us at care@comfortly.com with:
- A clear unboxing video showing you open the sealed package (mandatory)
- 3–4 photos showing the issue, the shipping label, and the product
We cannot accept complaints without the unboxing video.
B. Returns & Exchanges
You can return products within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with tags. Some items like sale products, freebies, baby items, and comforters cannot be returned. Delivery charges for exchanges apply as per our shipping policy.
C. Refunds
- Prepaid orders: Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days
- COD orders: You’ll get a refund link on your email or phone
Refunds are processed after we check the returned item at our warehouse.
D. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 8 hours or before it’s shipped. If it’s already shipped, you can refuse delivery and we’ll process your refund after receiving it back. Shipping charges are non-refundable after dispatch.
