Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Comfortly, we want your shopping journey to feel as smooth and cozy as our bedsheets. Here’s how we ship and deliver your order:

1. Where We Deliver

We send our products all across India using trusted courier partners so they reach you safely and on time.

2. Order Processing

We prepare and pack your order within 1–2 working days after we confirm your payment.
If you order on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll start processing it on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Other Areas: 5–8 working days
(Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.)

4. Shipping Cost

Free Shipping on prepaid orders.
Small delivery fee for Cash on Delivery orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can see exactly where it is.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will try 3 times to deliver your package. If they can’t, it will come back to us, and we’ll help you arrange a new delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing, let us know within 48 hours. Please share your order details and a few photos so we can help you quickly.
